Tara Dalton
Realtor & Property Manager
Hi, I am Tara Dalton! I am an Enid girl through and through! I graduated from Enid High School in 2009 and continued on with higher education at Oklahoma Baptist University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting. After graduating, I moved back home to start a family. I branched out into the world of real estate and property management in 2019 and have thoroughly enjoyed serving my hometown in all their real estate and rental needs. I was a multi-million dollar producer in my first full year, and have no plans to slow down. I am a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty III and the Property Manager for CBREnid Property Management. When I am not slinging real estate, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two boys, Caden & Ezra.
Chelsea Salinas
Maintenance Coordinator
Hey hey!!
My name is Chelsea Salinas, I am the Maintenance Coordinator here at CBRENID.
I have always had a passion for helping others. After graduating high school in 2018 I started my educational journey at Northern Oklahoma College where I received an associates degree in Biological Science: Pre-Med. Once I completed my associates degree I decided to change directions as I found a passion for interior design. Shortly after starting this new journey I had the opportunity to work at Coldwell Banker Realty III/CBREnid Property Management and could not pass on the opportunity! Having started here in August of 2022 I have had the privilege of learning from my property manager & other agents about the ins & outs of both property management and real estate, and I am looking forward to what my future has in store.
A little about me, I am a 23 year old sister to Gage & daughter to Tom & Sheila. I grew up in Enid where I have lived my whole life, played sports, graduated high school & college, and started a career. Growing up my brother and I were very active, we always had a game or practice to go to as we played sports for schools and for a travel team. Nowadays you can find our family enjoying time outside or doing a random DIY project. Because my parents were “do it yourself” kind of people, I love being creative by making art or taking on a home improvement, most likely with help from my dad. When I am not with my family you can find me hanging out at home with my boyfriend, Kedrick & our fur baby, Chewbecca or spending time with friends.

Christian Gunning
Inspector
Hello my name is Christian “Blue Cloud” Gunning. I grew up in Lahoma, Oklahoma where I
graduated from Cimarron High School. I began my service as a Police Officer with the Enid Police
Department. After five years of service, I transitioned into Real Estate to further serve my
community. I take pride in my work and value honesty above all else.
My grandfather was a hardworking and kind man. He was a carpenter and helped build many
of the homes still standing in the area. My grandfather took pride in every job he was tasked with
and wanted nothing but perfection for his customers. He was also a Native American man who gave
me the name “Blue Cloud” the day I was born. Although he passed away when I was only four years
old, he made a lasting impact on my life. Like him, I put the people’s needs above my own and
would be honored to work for you.

Wendy Washburn
Administrative Assistant
Hey there, I'm Wendy Washburn, and I'm absolutely thrilled to be a part of the CBREnid team! Enid has always been my home, having graduated proudly from Chisholm High School back in 2007. My passion for business led me to Northern Oklahoma College, where I earned my associates degree in Business Administration.
Life took a delightful turn when I married my high school sweetheart. Together, we're navigating the exciting journey of parenthood, blessed with our lovely daughter, Maya and our fur babies Oakley and Frankie. Family time is my treasure, and you can often find us creating precious memories.
In addition to my love for family, I have a strong passion for fitness. I find great satisfaction in the physical and mental benefits of exercise. Staying fit not only energizes me but also empowers me to tackle challenges with a positive mindset and determination.
When I'm not working, you'll find me exploring the great outdoors. Nature is my sanctuary, and I love anything outdoor-related. I also have a soft spot for fast cars; there's just something exhilarating about the roar of a powerful engine.
I also find immense fulfillment in serving our community. It's a calling close to my heart, and I'm always eager to contribute positively.
I recently joined the CBREnid team in August, and I can't wait to see where this adventure takes me. Here's to new beginnings and exciting challenges ahead!
